In 2017, EA FACTION was born as networking and growth-focused platform and bring as many of EAs in the community together so they can call it home! The Vision is to empower, create opportunities, raise the bars on their competency growth matrix and benchmarking of creating personal growth and career. I founded EA FACTION, a 360° Muti-dimensional Platform for Executive Assistants where EAs are nourished cognitively, empowered in career and inspired daily with the power of sharing experiences and learning.
